Leadership and talent development are key to any successful organisation looking to ensure that they have the right leaders and people not only for today, but with the skills and behaviours to take the business forward to a successful future.
My consultancy work can provide insight and support to senior HR and business leaders to scope out their leadership and talent development frameworks to align to business strategy, values and culture for success.
I can also design programmes and workshops to support existing frameworks.
Individual coaching is typically set up as a programme of sessions over a few months to allow for maximum impact for the client. These are arranged as 1.5 or 2 hour sessions, currently as Zoom sessions. Face to face work will resume as soon as appropriate.
Team coaching work can be a series of workshops and sessions, or high-impact team 1/2 days or 3-4 hour virtual sessions. Work can focus on vision and purpose, team effectiveness, enhancing motivation, working collaboratively, maximising the power of the team.
Consulting for talent and leadership development programmes that align to business strategy and vision. Outline frameworks, including scoping and design can be provided based on your brief. This is suitable for HR and Business Leaders who need to outsource or want to work with a partner.
